employee giving

“IT” (Initiatives for Tomorrow) is a voluntary giving program (pdf) created by the employees of Munroe in support of the Munroe Foundation’s areas of focus:

      Capital projects and equipment
      Employee catastrophe fund

As a non-profit organization, Munroe depends on support form our Foundation, which helps the Medical Center in continuing to provide quality healthcare to the communities we serve.

This important support comes from your contributions combined with both community and business donors. Your financial support assists in helping provide the quality we have here at Munroe.

Ninety percent of the money that employees contribute will be used to initiate capital improvements needed at Munroe, with the remaining 10% designated to the Employee Catastrophe Fund. This fund is intended to provide financial assistance to employees who have experienced a sudden financial hardship due to personal injury, death in the immediate family or the loss of their primary residence.
